another sculpture drawing done with a Bic pen.... this time it's a sketch of my Centaur sculpture CLICK HERE to see the sculpture. the proportions are off....I should've fixed it in the early stages
Wonderful as always. After a look at the sculpture and the sketch I was wondering if you have a concept in your mind for what the skeletal structure would look like. I am having a hard time visualizing the connection between the upper and lower torsos.
haha I've often wondered the same thing.....I even tried drawing a sketch of a fully skeletal version... I think I still need to work on that though......it become far more difficult than I had expected... I had imagined the clavical would look a bit like the pelvis too. A cross between those two bones.... but I like how you're analyzing it as if it could really exist. That's the best compliment I could have ever received
by the way I love your new Totoro avatar... or is that the Cheshire cat? I guess it must be since it's fading in and out... take care....drive safely

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
