I changed the drawing in photoshop...
made the surrounding area much darker.

life size...
I think there's a bit of a Silent Hill tribute in there somewhere.
I exaggerated most of her proportions (not that she needed it. She was naturally curvy)....that's why her thigh area looks to short and......um.......chicken-like....
alright I admit it.....I accidentally gave her drumstick legs
but Im not gonna change it....cause Im a lazy bastard

the material is conte, compressed charcoal and some red chalky stick-thing (which I think might be just some coloured charcoal)
