haha....I suspect all Shih Tzu puppies share
similar afflictions. My friend choose his pup
because of her wild eyes....haha

When I first saw my puppy at the pet store, I looked at him and said WHAT IS THAT? He needed a bath and a haircut badly xD

I guess if you're a puppy being disheveled has it's perks.
....doesn't work for humans though...
